Founded by Bruce Kreeger, a 30 year IT veteran, Clarity Technologies Group's mission is to help small to medium businesses (SMB) and government entities manage and maintain its computer infrastructure, telephone systems, security, and networks.

We help clients with 1 to 1,000 employees achieve their IT business objectives because Clarity Technologies Group, LLC comprehensively understands the needs and challenges of the SMB.

Bruce G. Kreeger, President, COO

Bruce G. Kreeger is President and Chief Operating Officer of Clarity Technologies Group, LLC. Operating from its Corporate Headquarters in Mine Hill, NJ, Bruce also oversees satellite offices in Manahawkin, New Jersey, New York City, and Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania.  As the corporate President, Bruce is responsible for the daily operations of the business, and also maintains a hands-on relationship with all clients and our vendors. 

With over 30 years experience in radio and mobile telecommunications, Bruce came to the IT world in the late 1990s when he pioneered the integration of remote ATM machines with data centers via cellular telephone and the internet. Finding a need for IT Consultants as well as specialists in Security and telephony, he started Clarity Technologies Group, LLC in 2005 and has done consulting and design work for Companies as large as American Express and Intercontinental Hotel Group.

Jay Alpert, Vice President of Government Relations

Jay Alpert (10 11 2012)Emerging from a highly decorated career in law enforcement, Jay Alpert leads Clarity’s Government Relations division. A former two-term NJ Sheriff, Jay’s vitae also includes an extended stint as the General Manager of Emergency Readiness for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. In addition, Jay is a long-time licensed private detective whose lengthy tenure in all areas of security makes him the ideal expert in municipal and governmental relations. 

James Foster, Vice President of Sales

Jim Foster

In 2009, current Vice President of Sales James "Jim" Foster joined the Clarity staff and brought with him 30 years of experience from the public sector.  A retired Lieutenant from the Township of Union Police Department, Jim spent the latter part of his career managing the communications unit and working with the Township’s IT professionals during the implementation of two telephone systems and the adaptation of the CompStat system.  As the Patrol Division Executive Officer, Jim supervised over 100 Officers and Supervisors comprising the Patrol Division and acted as the Patrol Division Commander for almost half of his assignment.  After retirement, Jim joined the Clarity team as the Senior Account Manager.  As such, he has designed and sold numerous 3CX PBX Systems to private firms in the New York/New Jersey Metropolitan area.

Andy Kallistros, Vice President of Support

Andy Kallistros

In 2010, Imaging and Printer Service expert Andy Kallistros joined Clarity after successfully managing his own company.  Andy has over 25 years experience in the IT field. He is A+ Certified, and also is proficient in Windows® based servers, workstations and computers.  Andy is also a 3CX Certified Professional and qualified on the installation, operation and repair of 3CX PBX systems.
